Challenge: Design a two level Churros box to hold 12 freshly made Churros
Inside view shows a divider tray (e-flute) to keep the Churros levels separated during cooling and transportation. The 11" Churros are freshly made and deep fried. The divider prevents soggy and sticking superior to wax paper.
Top view. Side flaps have a special cut-out to apply tape to close the box. Instead of picking up the heavy box the sides can be closed and tape applied. This is the fastest way to seal the box.
Cooling holes allow the heat to escape. Two rolls of holes give the two levels cooling ability.
